I have an Axis Camera, M1054, which when I do a scan using the NVR setup software I get the IP address for the Axis camera, the only camera attached to NVR via POE switch Yet when I run the IP setup utility I get , which is the IP address I set using the Axis software Ping works to both IP addresses That is what does not work after using the Axis IP utility In other words even though the utility says it has successfully assigned the address, it really hasn'tI hereby indicate that I am open to participating in marketrelated surveys, campaigns and other similar activities

The POE switch powered the dvr/cam and I was able to view the video via the webpage which I accessed through the openeye video setup On the actual openeye, I can only see the IP address of the axis camera so it does see/find the camera but does not show image The Axis is set to MJEG, not H264 (not sure if thats important) Onvif has not be turned on so we can't use the Onvif app And when we try to browse to it we get a message that says this browser is not supported I have not figured out how to install a different browser yet But that's probably the next thing to try I did try to perform in online "update" That being said, you can order the tester and try it out with a few of your Axis cameras If it does not work, you can return it within days from when you receive it for a full refund Please let me know if I can help further Here is a link back to the product for your convenience https//wwwcctvcameraproscom/IPCameraTestMonitorp/monip7htm
